Ordering Online
Ordering online is by far the quickest and most secure method. Our website is purpose-built to enable fast, safe ordering. On any product page, just click BUY. You can return to the previous screen to continue to add items or easily check out via our secure order form. Online orders generally are processed the next business day; your credit card will be charged when your package is shipped. For information about shipping, see below.
Important notice to customers ordering books for shipping outside of the United States: Industrial Press is RESTRICTED from shipping books to customers in countries where we have exclusive sales agreements with local distributors. Therefore, Industrial Press may not be able to process your order if you order online. Please review the information below on International Orders.

- Complete the shipping address (and billing address, if different)
- Include the name and telephone (or e-mail address) of contact person
- Include payment method:
- Credit card number, name on card, expiration date, and security code
- Purchase order number, if applicable, and your Industrial Press account number
- Be sure to provide the following information when placing your order:
- Author, title, ISBN (if available), and quantity
- Complete shipping address (and billing address, if different)
- Name and telephone (or e-mail address) of contact person
- Fax your completed order to us at the number above.

Shipping Notes
- The shipping rate is automatically added at checkout for online orders placed at staging-industrialpress.temp927.kinsta.cloud, according to the pricing structure above. (For all other orders, actual shipping costs will be calculated and charged.)
- Shipping rates are for destinations within the continental United States only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or elsewhere will incur additional charges.
- Orders to Alaska or Hawaii must be sent UPS 2nd Day Air.
- Orders to a P.O. box cannot be delivered.
- Orders to Canada must be placed with Canadian Manda Group at 416-516-0911
(for further information, see below). - Online orders placed before 11 a.m. EST may be processed that day but generally are processed the next business day. In-stock items usually ship within an additional 1–2 business days after processing.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Industrial Press welcomes returns for replacement due to manufacturing flaws or shipping damage.
Otherwise, books purchased directly from Industrial Press may be returned for refund within 18 months. Books must be in original (new), resellable condition. Books with dog-eared, soiled, smudged, or folded pages, covers, or spines, or with notation(s) and/or signature(s) in any location will not be accepted.
No permission is required for returns. But the following information must be provided or a penalty discount will be applied:
- Invoice number
- Invoice date
- Books you would like to return (number of books, titles, and ISBNs)
Industrial Press does not pay shipping on returns; however, replacements are usually shipped free. We recommend using some trackable service, such as USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail or UPS, for returns.
