Larger Retail Orders Placed with IPS

Larger retail (and potentially other) orders may be placed with IPS via the below order methods:

  • Email: Orders may be emailed to ips@ingramcontent.com
  • ipage: Orders may also be submitted via ipage, Ingram’s business-to-business website. To sign up for ipage, you may visit ipage.ingramcontent.com and click on the registration tab to begin the subscription process. When using ipage, you can place orders for Industrial Press products by signing on to ipage, clicking on the IPS tab at the top, and using the IPS cart. You must place all Industrial Press items in the IPS cart for publisher-direct pricing.

EDI: Electronic orders may be submitted via Pubnet. If you will be placing your orders electronically, you will need to use the IPS SAN Number 6318630 to ensure you get your full direct discount. Orders must be placed through IPS to receive publisher-direct discounts.

Customer Account: You may already conduct business with Ingram Publisher Services (IPS) or its sister company, Ingram Book Company (IBC). If so, you should already have an account established, and no further action is required for account set-up. If not, an account with IPS should be established by completing an application at one of the below links, according to payment method preference:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping of Products Ordered on This Website

All products will be shipped to the shipping address you provide, within the service timeframe specified below after being accepted by us. We cannot make any changes to your order or cancel your order after you have submitted it. 

Standard shipping is calculated based on the shipping method you select at checkout, unless otherwise specified on the site. Available items typically ship within 3-5 business days. However, please be advised that this is an estimate, and shipment may take longer, particularly for print on demand titles.

For orders shipped to U.S. destinations, standard delivery time is estimated 3-5 business days for orders shipped to the East Coast and 5+ days for all other locations except Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands (possibly 8 days or more). These delivery times are estimates provided by our delivery partners and are not guaranteed. We also reserve the right to change shipping methods.

If you have a question about your order arriving by a specific date, or want to inquire about special shipping arrangements not offered at checkout, you can reach out to  IndiePubsSupport@ingramcontent.com. If you have additional questions or a special request, please email us before placing your online order at info@industrialpress.com.

We are not responsible for any late delivery of the products or any consequential business loss or damage caused as a result. However, to report a problem with your shipment, such as a lost, undelivered, or damaged item, please email IndiePubsSupport@ingramcontent.com with an outline of your issue and your order number so that we may consider your claim. 

Shipping of Larger Retail Orders Placed with IPS

Orders of 15 shippable units or $350 retail value qualify for free outbound shipping. Shipments that do not meet the minimum will be held and combined with other orders, until the minimum is met, or 14 calendar days have passed from when stock becomes available to ship. If after 14 days held, units have not met the minimum, they will not ship free freight. If you wish to request shipments prior to the 14-day window, freight will apply. All such special requests must go to Customer Care at ips@ingramcontent.com. IPS orders ship from Jackson, Tennessee, on publisher direct terms.


RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Returning Products Ordered on This Website

Industrial Press welcomes returns for replacement due to manufacturing flaws or shipping damage. Industrial Press does not pay shipping on returns; however, replacements are usually shipped free.  We recommend using some trackable service, such as USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail or UPS, for returns.

Claims for returns are only accepted on print titles within 30 days of the delivery date of a retail customer’s purchase. Books must be in original (new), resellable condition. (All eBook purchases are nonreturnable.) Books with dog-eared, soiled, smudged, or folded pages, covers, or spines, or with notation(s) and/or signature(s) in any location will not be accepted.

Note: If you received a damaged copy, please email info@industrialpress.com with the details of the issue with your book and images of such before return.

Wholesale customers are encouraged to contact an Ingram representative in advance of first time returns to confirm acceptance. Returns of products purchased for resale on a returnable basis potentially may be accepted for 180 days following the issuing of out-of-print notifications. Credit will be issued only for books received in shop-worn or better condition.

Other than the above stated recommendations, permission normally is required for returns. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and/or packing slip and specifics of the book(s) you would like to return (ISBNs, full titles, and number of books). U.S. Industrial Press returns can be sent to: c/o IPS Returns, 193 Edwards Drive, Jackson, TN 38301.

Once your returned product has been received or your returns claim approved, any refund amount will be processed to the credit card used in the original purchase. It often takes credit card issuers a few weeks to post the money to your account.

Returning of Items from Other Retail Orders Placed with IPS

Again, permission to return is not required. As with website orders, eligible titles may be returned to Ingram’s Jackson, Tennessee, facility (c/o IPS Returns, 193 Edwards Drive, Jackson, TN 38301) where they will be credited at the prevailing discount and retail price.

Credit will be issued for books received in shop-worn or better condition that were purchased on a returnable basis. Returns may be accepted for 180 days following the issuing of out-of-print notifications. A packing slip or other identifying paperwork, such as an invoice, is required for accounts to receive credit for their return.
