Blaine Ballentine is a formulator for a heavy-duty lubricant manufacturer, Central Petroleum Company, with more than 40 years of experience. Blaine was instrumental in helping his employer achieve two U.S. Patents for fuel additive technology, and formulated the #1 oil in the sport of tractor and truck pulling.
